However, Islanders will no longer be able to travel directly to Bournemouth, after the airline announced that it would no longer be offering flights to and from the south-coast destination.
But a new route has been introduced that will link the Island with Doncaster.
The announcements come after Flybe released its schedule for summer 2016 yesterday.
It also includes a new route from Jersey to Doncaster Sheffield Airport between March and October.
Last month the airline announced that the popular East Midlands route would be cancelled from 24 October until 27 March after the company had reviewed its services.
It said that in some cases routes had to be stopped where passenger numbers made a flight environmentally and economically harder to justify.
Flybe has now confirmed that the route will return next summer.
East Midlands Airport offers Islanders a link with UK cities including Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, as well as a variety of European destinations through onward connections.
Meanwhile, the airline confirmed that it was suspending flights between Bournemouth and Jersey and Glasgow from 4 January.
Flybe chief commercial officer Paul Simmons said that the move would enable ‘more frequency and more choice to customers’.
The service between Bournemouth and Glasgow runs 12 times a week, with flights to Jersey running six times a week.
