At just before 1 pm, the pensioner drove her silver Renault Clio into another vehicle, causing her bumper to fall off, before accidentally backing the car onto the steps of nearby offices.
She was taken to A&E following the smash, but it was not believed that she had suffered any injuries.
The Fire Service also attended the scene.
