The crash happened outside Jersey Rugby Club at 8.35 am and involved a black Ford and a blue Mazda.
A States police spokeswoman said that was not believed that the woman’s injuries were life threatening.
The road from Beaumont Hill to the Airport was closed for emergency services to deal with the incident and diversions were in place.
