He is proposing that four departments – Education, Transport and Technical Services, Environment and Treasury – be asked to work together to widen an existing parking area to create more spaces.
Currently, when the school day ends up to 120 cars fill the roads surrounding the school, creating severe traffic problems.
Mr Le Maistre wants parking for at least 60 cars to be created within nine months.
