Division 3

St Lawrence D 25-62 Accies E
Accies maintained top spot in Division 3 with a convincing 62–25 win over St Lawrence D, continuing their impressive debut season in the senior league. A fast start saw both sides play with intent, but Accies quickly found their rhythm. Strong defensive pressure from Sirenna Woodford and Clara Malory limited St Lawrence’s opportunities, helping Accies edge the opening quarter 15–10.

The Accies midcourt took control in the second period, moving the ball with pace and precision to feed shooters Ava Huish, Zoe Morales and Barley Vibert. Their accuracy in front of goal extended the lead to 27–15 at half-time, with Kacey O’Connor influential through the centre court and later named Accies’ players’ player.

Positional changes after the break kept Accies sharp and they stretched their advantage to 43–22 by the end of the third quarter. Malory’s commanding display earned her player of the match, while Caroline Rodrigues impressed for St Lawrence as they battled throughout despite the final margin.

At the other end, Harriet St Pier impressed at goal keeper, while Lisette Grenyer (GD) delivered a strong defensive display to earn St Ouen’s player of the match.

However, St Brelade gradually found their rhythm, with defenders Charlotte Edis, Charlotte Butler and Suzhaine Van de Merwe combining well to secure interceptions and rebounds. Their work allowed the attacking pair of Isla Riley and player of the match Lolly Waters to take control in the circle.

Despite St Ouen’s continued effort and pressure, St Brelade maintained their advantage to secure the 40–20 victory.

St Ouen B 43-39 St Brelade B
St Ouen B edged a thrilling contest against St Brelade B, securing a narrow 43–39 victory to round off an exciting week of Division 3 netball.

At the other end, St Brelade shooters Skye Clifford and Brody Morris were tested by St Ouen defenders Lauren Byrne and Sarah Ramasawmy, with Emma Le Main adding pressure through the midcourt.

Lucy Fox (C) produced an outstanding all-court display and was named St Ouen’s player of the match, linking well with Lianne Laignel and Michala Graham. St Brelade mounted a strong final-quarter comeback, but St Ouen held their nerve, while Maia Payton earned player of the match for St Brelade.
