Money wisely spent

ALTHOUGH the global recession has begun to bite here in Jersey, the worst might not yet be over. We have already seen redundancies and a significant downturn in certain sectors of the economy, but Economic Development Minister Alan Maclean warned the States yesterday that, comparatively speaking, this could be ‘the calm before the storm’.
