A 59-YEAR-OLD man who indecently exposed himself in the Hospital has been bound over for three months – and told: ‘No one wants to see you with no clothes on.’
The incident happened on 27 June at 3am in the morning, after Paul Gardner turned up wanting valium.
The Magistrate’s Court heard that after being told he could not be seen at such an early hour, he took all his clothes off.
He admitted the charge of indecently exposing himself but told the court it had been ‘a cry for help’.

Advocate Estelle Burns, defending, said Gardner was alcohol-dependent and needed valium when he was unable to obtain alcohol.
He has previous convictions for similar offences, but Advocate Burns said: ‘He has not been in trouble since February.’
Advocate Burns suggested a binding-over order.
Assistant Magistrate Peter Harris agreed to her request, telling Gardner: ‘If a doctor is not going to give you medication, he’s not going to give you medication.’
And he added: ‘No one wants to see you with no clothes on. It’s not a cry for help. It’s just being a nuisance.’
