Concrete in the Frame – the brainchild of JEP photographer Tony Pike and artist Ian Rolls – will see young artists and photographers tasked with producing work focusing on the Island’s German fortifications.

The competition is split into two categories – drawing/painting and photographic – with two age groups in each: 8-12 years and 13-18 years.
