VIDEO: As the weather turns wet and cold, one Jersey cat has discovered a solution – a hairdryer!

We’ve all felt it, especially pet owners that have to walk their dogs on cold evenings or open the door to the elements to let their cats out.

But it seems that one cat in Grouville has found a way of coping with the miserable conditions.

JEP sports reporter Andy Bradshaw said that his wife Jenny was drying her hair one morning when their 17-year-old cat Abbie became very interested.

‘Abbie had just come in from outside and was very wet,’ he said.

‘She jumped up on the ironing board and seemed to say ‘me next’ so Jenny started drying her and she loved it.

‘I think she might be a bit deaf these days because she used to be scared of noises like that.’
