Restored work by Jersey artist Bosdet goes on show

In the painting, Jesus Christ is flanked by two Roman soldiers with all the figures almost life-sized.

The painting was found in a loft at St Saviour’s Church in Sunbury-on-Thames where it had been stored for many years before they gifted it to J.ersey Heritage.

From here, the Glass Rainbow Trust raised the £6000 required to meet the cost of the restoration.
