Use GST to subsidise a decent service

I AND other travellers who use the routes out of the Island to England and France have said it would be a great advantage if the States could find a way to subsidise the ferry companies from the GST fund which we all have to pay in to.
That way we should get a better ferry service to the Islands and with low-cost fares.
