Stop that jingling!

Health and Social Services referred the complaint from some residents of the Albert and Victoria apartments to the Housing Committee, whose president, Deputy Terry Le Main, thought that it was a joke.

In replying to an act from the committee about the complaint made under the Statutory Nuisance (Jersey) Law 1999 in relation to the noise of boats in the marina, he said: ‘Well, what can I say? ‘When I first read this I thought it was a hoax or someone having a joke.
