Mitre Builders, which was based in Rue de la Lande at Les Platons in Trinity, closed its doors for business on Friday last week and a creditors’ winding up meeting will be held in due course.
olicitor Philip Syvret of Benest and Syvret said a liquidator is almost certain to be appointed.
Mitre’s answerphone is also directing anyone with inquiries regarding statements and payments to Mr Syvret.
e said he did not know how many jobs had been lost as a result of the firm ceasing trading.
However, it is known that one of its recent major projects was a development at Mont à l’Abbé Manor at the end of Manor Park Road off La Pouquelaye.
