SD Catering has been nominated for Customer Service of the Year for being “a local business that quietly makes a huge difference to our Island”.
Nominator Sigita Laiviniece praised the team for doing far more than providing “exceptional” food.
“They support local businesses and charities, participate in fundraising and have provided food free of charge or at reduced costs to help make events affordable and accessible to everyone,” she said.
Ms Laiviniece said that SD Catering’s food and service is consistently of a “very high standard”, yet it is the team’s “attitude towards people that makes them special,” as they “genuinely care about every part of the business and its customers”.
She commended SD Catering for “giving all events the same energy and commitment,” whether large or small, glamorous or community-focused.
“They help bring people together and create memories, while supporting the organisations and causes that make Jersey such a strong community,” she added.
