You can manage your subscription anytime from the My Account section.

Here’s what you can do:
- ✏️ Edit your details – Change your name, email, or contact info.
- 🔒 Change your password – Keep your account secure.
- 🧾 Manage your subscription – Review or renew your orders.
- 📩 Update your email/newsletter preferences – Stay in the loop (or take a break).
- 🚪 Log out – When you’re done.

📱 Accessing the JEP on Android Phones or Tablets
If you’re having issues viewing the online edition on your Android device, here are some quick fixes:
Try a Different Browser
Some users have better results using Firefox instead of Chrome.
To download Firefox:
- Open the Play Store.
- Search for “Firefox Browser“.
- Tap Install.
- Open Firefox and visit:

If You’re Using Chrome:
- Open Chrome.
- Tap the three dots (top right).
- Go to Settings > Site settings.
- Make sure Cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
- Reload the page.

Remove Old Bookmarks & Save the New Website
- Open Chrome or Firefox > tap Bookmarks.
- Find your old JEP link and delete it.
- Go to app.jerseyeveningpost.com and tap
“Add to Bookmarks” or “Add to Home screen”.

If you are using Google Chrome as your browser, when on our website, click the star button on the right-hand side of your search bar, highlighted above. Then click “Done”. Our website should then appear in your bookmarks bar, also highlighted above (on the left-hand side above the search bar).
