Line-up of chefs complete for festival

André Garrett, head chef at Cliveden House, is renowned for his French cuisine and will lend his expertise on the second night of the festival, which takes place from 3 to 6 November at the Atlantic Hotel.

Over the course of the festival, Islanders can choose to attend four fine-dining events at the Atlantic Hotel’s Michelin-star Ocean Restaurant or at its sister restaurant, Mark Jordan at the Beach, cooked by a number of guest chefs from the UK, Guernsey, Isle of Wight and Jersey.

The event has been organised to raise money for the hotel’s charity partner, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. Last year the festival raised more than £7,500 for the charity.
