Damian Smail (27) had not been seen since lunchtime on Friday and on Saturday police issued a statement on behalf of his family appealing for him to come home.
However, Acting Inspector Paul Smith confirmed on Saturday evening: ‘I am pleased to report that Mr Smail has been located and his family have been updated.’
