There are only two changes to the starting line-up, one of them forced, while the pack remains unchanged. Niall O’Connor, forced to drop-out of the starting line-up through injury last Saturday, makes his competitive debut, and fellow Irishman Mark McCrea comes in for the injured Drew Locke at outside centre.
Aaron Penberthy, who performed well at No 10 as a late replacement for O’Connor, is on the bench.
The Bedford team will include Jerseyman Michael Le Bourgeois, a former favourite at St Peter, while Jersey’s captain Alex Rae is a former Bedford player.
• Saturday’s match at St Peter starts at 3 pm.
