The organisers expect to have raised around £2,500 from the event, which saw an impressive group of Harley Davidsons and other motorcycles set off from St Catherine at 11 am and ride across the south coast to the Watersplash in St Ouen’s Bay.
The event had been planned to be one of the biggest biker get-togethers ever held in Jersey, but in the end only around half of the 700 two- and three-wheeled machines made it. But organiser Lee Butler said that they had still enjoyed an excellent day.
