The artwork, which captures the energy of ducks taking off from a pond, was moved to a courtyard at the General Hospital when the terminal building was being refurbished.
During ministerial questions without notice in the States yesterday, Senator Terry Le Sueur said that it was not yet clear where exactly it would go. ‘They are looking for a suitable location,’ he said.
The issue was raised by Deputy Carolyn Labey. She said that she was alarmed to hear that the sculpture had been placed in a ‘pokey courtyard’ at the Hospital.
