Stephen Le Feuvre and Henry Walker are the two candidates in the running for the presidency of the Royal Jersey Agricultural and Horticultural Society, and whoever wins will face a busy inaugural year.
This year is the 175th anniversary of the RJAHS and some important events, including the World Cattle Bureau Conference in May, are planned. The RJAHS is also a prominent and active member of the Rural Alliance, a lobby group formed this year concerned with conserving Jersey’s countryside.
