Ogier has signed a pre-let agreement to occupy the new six-storey ‘green’ building to be constructed on the site of 44 Esplanade.
The firm is currently occupying offices in Don Street.
The developers are the JCN Group who were also responsible for the development of the former warehouse at 18 Esplanade and 23 Commercial Street, now occupied by S G Hambros.
This latest project, says Ogier, will be ‘the largest single occupancy commercial building in Jersey’.
The 98,000 square feet of space will be sufficient for 600 staff and will take three years to construct.
