Corporate services group Vistra bought the Monterey Group on 29 June, just weeks after it acquired the Benelux Trust in Luxembourg.
The sale is subject to regulatory approval from the Dutch Central Bank in the Netherlands.
With the acquisition of Monterey Group, Vistra now employs around 160 people, of whom 55 work in Jersey.
Monterey Group is the combination of Monterey, a fiduciary business formerly owned by Fortis, and Rijnhove Group, a Dutch accounting and and fiduciary business with roots that go back to 1989.
The Monterey Group, currently ranked 11th in the Dutch market, employs 37 staff, of whom 32 are in the Netherlands and five in Curaao.
