Childline and NSPCC raise funds with a special letter

For a suggested donation of £5, family or friends can order personalised letters from Father Christmas which will arrive on the doorstep in December. The chairman of the Jersey Friends of Childline, Sophie Le Sueur, said that by ordering a letter, Islanders would be helping local children. ‘The appeal is a lovely way for children to enjoy having their own personalised letter from Santa, while the donations for them will help local children in distress or danger who call Childline feeling that they have nowhere else to turn,’ she said.
