The No 2 seeds only dropped one game along their path to the final where they faced the top-rated Chris Evans and Sarah Burgess – the pair they beat in the Jersey Open final in November.
Evans and Burgess were intent on revenge but Burns and Constable never allowed them to settle as they took the first set 15-10.
In the second Burns and her partner stepped up a gear with Burns dominating the net and mid-court as they emerged convincing 15-4 winners.
