A number of Britons are still missing and some are believed to be among the 88 killed at the Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh when three bombs ripped through the resort on Friday evening.

One bomb exploded in the Old Market, a second was in a minibus park and a third was from a suicide bomber who drove into the reception area of the Ghazala Gardens Hotel before detonating the car.

Winter Today, neither the Foreign Office nor ABTA were advising against travel to the resort or the country.

However, local travel agents were taking a ‘common-sense approach’ and allowing people to switch destinations.
