HIGHVERN has boosted its corporate services team with the appointment of Lisa Grant as an associate director in its Jersey office.
In her new role, Ms Grant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for corporate and private clients, driving the development of specialised services and maintaining client relationships.
With more than 20 years of experience, Ms Grant has managed the complexities of trust and company administration across various jurisdictions, including London, Switzerland and Singapore.
In her previous role, she led a team managing diverse structures such as securitisation SPVs, trusts, CLOs, real estate and investments, as well as overseeing the creation and corporate administration of commercial shipping structures.
