A 25-YEAR-OLD man was caught with class A and class B drugs while on probation for another drugs offence.
The Magistrate’s Court heard that Liam Adrian White was stopped and searched by States police officers in Route du Fort in the early hours of 24 September last year.
Legal adviser Francis Burak, prosecuting, said White was found to be carrying cannabis resin and tablets of ecstasy – more ecstasy was found at his home.
He was on probation at the time for cultivating cannabis.
White admitted the offences of possessing drugs. Advocate Chris Baglin, defending, suggested that a pre-sentence report was needed in order to obtain “a fuller picture”.
Assistant Magistrate Adam Clarke agreed and released White on bail, subject to a curfew between 10pm and 7am.
He will return to the court on 13 May.
