THERE are 193 known active cases of Covid-19 in Jersey, according to the latest government statistics.
This includes five cases in the Hospital and one in a care home.
Since Thursday 18 August, there have been 157 new cases and 197 people have recovered.
The latest figures also include the registered death of an Islander from the virus.
According to the government’s website, there have been 119 laboratory-proven Covid deaths and 17 probable Covid deaths.
