A young footballer’s luck was well and truly in as his penalty ricocheted in off the bar in extraordinary fashion.

Diego Campillo was playing for Chivas’ under-17 side against Lobos BUAP when the game went to a penalty shoot-out.

But somehow the ball swerved back towards goal and dropped out of the sky to bounce and spin over the line.

“Increible,” was all the Mexican commentator could say – and perhaps all anybody could say.
