The Island club have forfeited Saturday's first-round fixture against Cobham FC due to Covid-19-related travel restrictions, having reached the main draw with a preliminary-round victory over Billinghurst on 10 October. The final of the non-league tournament – for clubs in the ninth, tenth and 11th tiers of English football – is traditionally held at Wembley.
Bulls had already pulled out of the Combined Counties League Premier Cup, while a host of future league fixtures are also in doubt due to the need to avoid overnight stops on the mainland, which would likely result in the players and coaches having to quarantine for at least five days on their return to Jersey.
Club chairman Russell Le Feuvre said: 'Our policy since the start of the season is to follow local and UK government advice and guidelines to look after the well being and safety of our club members and the wider Jersey public. We will continue with this policy over the remaining seven months of this season. The players and management team continue to be a credit to the club and we have been delighted with the show of support from the local community.'
