Despite what the JFA say, the former St Paul’s manager believes that Jersey football is in a poor condition at senior level and thinks a Jersey FC would rejuvenate interest in the sport he loves.
Although he admits a lot of work is needed to form Jersey FC, Culkin wants to get the ball rolling. He’s hoping to hold meetings and forums in the next few months – to which the public will be invited – to discuss the interest and viability, with a view to having Jersey FC up and running by September 2015.
