David Burmingham will be responsible for ensuring Hawksford has a comprehensive and effective system to monitor and report on matters relating to anti-money-laundering and countering the financing of terrorism. David began his career with the States of Jersey Police in 2006. From 2012, he was head of the Police and Customs Joint Financial Crime Unit.
