Ms Holland was until recently PA to the former senior partner at PwC. She set up the Jersey PA Network in 2016 and since then has organised workshops, social events and forums specifically for personal assistants and those in similar roles.
The Executive and Personal Assistants Association, whose membership extends across Great Britain and Northern Ireland, seeks to shape the future of the profession, raise its profile and give members a voice.
Ms Holland, who took on the voluntary role at the start of the year, said: ‘I’m privileged to have been approached by the EPAA to join the committee and hope that my ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for improving the working lives of PAs and those they support will help take the EPAA from strength to strength.’
The next event of the Jersey PA Network takes place on Thursday 8 March, which coincides with International Women’s Day. The panel of inspirational speakers will include jewellery designer Catherine Best and fashion guru Tessa Hartman. For more information contact nikki@thepanetworkjersey.com.
