A total of 12 Key Trust staff will transfer to Esplanade-based Hawksford and the expanded group now employs 160 people, making it one of the biggest in a sector that employs 5,000 Islanders.
Some staff of Key Trust voluntarily left the company before the completion of the acquisition by Hawksford, which is an independent wealth structuring company.
Key Trust was part of the Key Group and had provided wealth management and administration services to high net worth clients and their professional advisers since 2000.
