Condor boat returns to Poole for repairs after weather damage

Condor Voyager

ONE of Condor’s boats has been forced to return to the UK for repairs after being damaged while in port due to high winds.

The Sunday sailings of the Condor Voyager – between Jersey and France – have been cancelled as result.

An update on the company’s website said: ‘We regret to announce the cancellation of your service on Sunday the 12 March. This is due to the vessel being returned to Poole to carry out repairs to damage sustained by high winds in Port, in advance of further poor weather expected on Monday. We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.’

All of Monday’s sailings have already been cancelled as a result of ‘forecasted weather conditions outside of legal limits’.
