TWO people have been arrested and £2,500 worth of drugs seized following two raids on properties in the past week.
A man and woman were detained on suspicion of drugs offences following searches of two homes in St Helier and St Martin.
They have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
PC Henry Woolley, St Saviour’s community officer, who took part in the operations, said: ‘Part of what we do is parish work, but the other part is that we regularly review incident reports and information that comes into the police, and if we need to, we will take pro-active action.
‘We have our own parishes, but where there is a need the team comes together and we can operate in other parishes.
‘We are in a fortunate position in the Community Policing Team to have this flexibility, and this was a good result for us.’
