A POLICE investigation is under way after a man suffered ‘numerous’ injuries to his face and hands following an early-morning assault in St Helier.
The victim was treated in the Emergency Department after being attacked by three strangers in the area of Conway Street at about 1am on Sunday.
In a statement, the force said: ‘There were a few people around at the time and several cars passed by, so the police would like to speak with anyone who may have seen this or anyone who has any information.’
