The increase in care home cases comes just days before the government was due to begin vaccinating residents in such facilities as a priority.
In total, between Thursday and Friday 82 new cases had been identified, bringing the number of active cases in the Island to 667.
Of those, 395 cases were symptomatic and 272 cases were asymptomatic. A total of 24 were in hospital – a drop of one on the previous day.
Forty five people had recovered in the same 24-hour period.
