St Aubin’s Bay declared safe again after slurry spill

Islanders were told to avoid the beach and the sea after the area was polluted with animal waste. But tests have shown seawater quality is now classed as ‘excellent’.

However, people are still being asked not to swim in Victoria Pool at West Park, where tests have shown that water quality is still poor.
