A total of 42 people were evacuated shortly before 4am because of the blaze, which is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
Three fire engines attended the incident and crews wearing breathing apparatus were able to reach the source of the fire and put it out.
In a statement, Jersey Fire and Rescue Service watch commander Richard Ryan thanked the hotel staff for their help and guests for their cooperation.
