The car – a silver/bronze BMW 130 – was seen speeding along the Avenue, in the area of West Park, at about 10.45am on Wednesday.
In a statement, the States police said: ‘The BMW has been described as being driven aggressively and in an extremely reckless manner, switching lanes at speed and cutting in front of a number of vehicles while approaching the traffic lights at the end of the Avenue.’
