Air Display: Battle of Britain Memorial Flight cancelled
THE Battle of Britain Memorial Flight has had to cancel its performance at this year's Jersey International Air Display due to the weather.
The RAF's Hurricane, Spitfire and Dakota were due to take to the skies at about 2.20pm but have cancelled due to poor weather en route to the Island.
However, fans of the Spitfire should not be disappointed one is still due to perform.
There are still 21 other acts lined up for the display and Jersey Met have said that 'sunny intervals' are likely to develop during the afternoon and evening.
