Police issue ‘words of advice’ after blind woman verbally abused

The force issued an appeal for witnesses last month after it was alleged the victim was verbally abused and her guide dog was ‘grabbed’.

A force spokeswoman said the woman with the dog did not want to make a formal complaint.
