Former JSPCA chief officer charged with fraud
THE former chief executive of the JSPCA has appeared in the Magistrate's Court after being charged with fraud.
Stephen John Coleman has been charged with 15 counts of fraud, two counts of forgery and two counts of uttering forged documents.
The offences were allegedly committed between February 2007 and January 2017.
Mr Coleman served as the chief executive of the JSPCA between April 2006 and October 2017.
