Bunkers at Corbière and Elizabeth Castle daubed with swastikas
BUNKERS at Corbière and Elizabeth Castle have been daubed with swastikas, the States police say.
The force are appealing for information and say the letters 'HH' and 'SS' were written in black pen next to the spray-painted Nazi-related insignia.
It is believed the damage at Elizabeth Castle occurred between 9am and 1pm while the damage at Corbière is believed to have been carried out between 6.45pm and 7.10pm on Wednesday.
Officers would like to speak to two 'young men' who were seen in what police believe was a VW Polo near Corbière at around 6.45 pm. The driver is described as having bushy ginger or blond hair.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact the police on 612612 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 08000555111.
