Philip Stuart Smale (48) is charged with one count of failing to provide a specimen following the incident which happened at about 9.30pm. He was due to appear on the Magistrate’s Court on Monday morning.
The accused suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash. His blue BMW M4 was completely destroyed and a passenger had to be cut from the vehicle. The parked white Ford Focus and house suffered significant damage.
