Four teenagers injured after car flips onto roof in early morning crash

FOUR teenagers were injured after the car they were travelling in flipped onto its roof during a crash in St Peter's Valley in the early hours of Thursday.

The 17-year-old male driver and 17-year-old male rear passenger were taken to Hospital following the accident at about 1.42am.

The 16-year-old male front-seat passenger and an 18-year-old female rear passenger were treated at the scene by paramedics.

All four suffered minor injuries.

It is understood that the car – an orange Fiat Punto – struck a bank near the quarry before flipping onto its roof.
