Boy rescued after suffering suspected broken leg on rocks

A TEENAGER was rescued after suffering a suspected broken leg while on rocks at Grève de Lecq on Tuesday afternoon.

The Fire and Rescue Service, RNLI lifeguards, paramedics and the RNLI's St Catherine lifeboat crew all attended the incident, which happened shortly after 3.30pm.

The boy was put on board the Fire and Rescue Service's boat and taken to the slip, where they were met by an ambulance.

He was then taken to hospital.
