Man to be sentenced for importing 11.5kg of cannabis
A MAN will be sentenced later this year for importing 11.5kg of cannabis.
Gary Patrick Hillier Smith (37), of Southampton, appeared before the Royal Court on Friday to be indicted on two charges of importing a controlled drug.
Attorney General Robert MacRae explained that on 5 May Smith was found at Elizabeth Harbour importing cannabis and testosterone propionate, an anabolic steroid.
He pleaded guilty to both charges and was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced on 19 September.
